Oh my gosh! I just got back from the theaters and just had to tell you about it! It is, by far, my new favorite movie! I LOVED IT! Angelina Jolie is a awesome Maleficent.
Maleficent has always been the "bad guy" from the start in "Sleeping Beauty". But in this new movie,"Maleficent"(in theaters now) it tells everyone why she is who she is. Not only that-wait, I can't tell you, I'd spoil the whole movie. Argh! I want to tell you everything! Anyway, the tagline of the movie is,"Evil has a beginning."
You guys HAVE to see "Maleficent", it is so awesome! We didn't see it in 3D, but I would have to admit, it would be extra awesome-but just a little tad bit.
"Maleficent" is rated PG for fantasy action and violence, including frightening images. I wouldn't bring ages 8 or younger to this movie. It is very dark. I think they were pushing it a little, rating it PG.
Again, SUPER AWESOME!!!!

Twice the Fun-Part 12

Melanie Aquatic was super nice! She was pretty much exactly like me...well... other than, like, the tail part, but whatever! Maybe that was why Roar seemed unhappy.
"Wanna have a tour of my place?" Melanie asked us. "It's pretty small, but I could still show you around."
"Sure!" I said merrily.
"Okay," Melanie started swimming.
She brought us into a room that had lots of seashells. I mean, everywhere. Seashells on the walls, seashells on the floor, seashells on seashell tables.
"This is my room," Melanie told us.
"Wow! You must really love seashells!" I said.
"Yeah, I really, really love them. Did you know that no two seashells are the same?"
"Well, duh, everyone knows that." Roar snapped.
I gave Roar a look. Even though she was older than me by like, 2 minutes and 30 seconds, she sometimes acted like she was a baby.
"Sorry." I said to Melanie. "She's just being crabby."
Melanie looked confused."Crabby? Is she trying to be like a crab? Well, she's not doing very well then."
At first I didn't get it. Then I realized what she meant-she had no idea what crabby meant! "No, she's not trying to be like a crab. Crabby means she's upset about something and she's taking it all out on us."
"Ummmm...okay..." Melanie said, clearly still confused."Anyway, let's get on with the tour!"
Melanie lead us into another large room, except instead of being filled with seashells, there were lots of seaweed everywhere. "This is Mom and Dad's room. They like comfortable things. They think I am crazy to sleep on a bed made of seashells." Melanie muttered.
"Well I think your room is way cooler, Mel." said Natalie.
Melanie beamed."Thanks Natalie! By the way, how's your family doing?"
"Fine, I guess. Sabrina is now bound. I can't believe it! She's getting bound to a merman named Cecil Fisher. He's really nice."
"Oh my gosh! That means you'll have a brother-in-law! I wish I had brothers and sisters." Melanie said.
I coughed."Um, what does "bound" mean?"
Natalie and Melanie laughed.
"What?" I asked.
Natalie stopped laughing. "Oh...she's serious Mel."
"Yeah I'm serious!"
"Um, what do you call it? Let's see... together? Married? Combined? Clung?" Melanie asked.
"Married." I said. "Is your sister getting married Natalie?"
Natalie nodded. "Weird, right?"
"How old is she again?" I asked.
"Twenty." Melanie answered for her.
"I would never get married at twenty!" Roar proclaimed. "I'll be 28 at least!"
Everyone laughed.
There was silence for a while. Then, I said,"Now what?"
"Want to go shopping?" Natalie asked.
"YES!"

Twice the Fun-Part 11
Aurora King
About 15 minutes later, Natalie squealed again. "We're here!"
I gazed at the small, underwater town. There was different kinds of little buildings, which I guessed were stores. A little far back was a huge area with lots of underwater apartments and houses. All of the buildings were made out of really big seashells.
Mer-people were swimming everywhere. I wouldn't say there were thousands of mer-people, but there was definitely hundreds. But it was weird, because some mer-people had some weird hair colors, like blue, purple, green, pink, and even red. All of the mer-people had silver or gold highlights, no matter what color there hair was.
Natalie led us toward the town. "Come on! Let's go shopping!"
Air loved that idea. "Yes!"
I frowned. "We don't have any money." I said, trying to make up an excuse so I didn't have to go shopping. I mean, come on! You end up in a magical world and instead of exploring, do you wanna go shopping? You can do that in our own world! No, I thought not.
But Natalie took care of that problem. "Oh, don't worry! I'll buy. I have plenty of sand dollars."
Darn it! Now I have to think of something else! I thought.
"Thanks Natalie! So, what kind of stores does Crystal Waters have?" Air asked.
"Oh, lots of different kinds!" Natalie bubbled.
"Like what?"
Natalie thought for a moment. "We have lots of top shops. And we have hair dye shops. And-"
I gave up trying to find a excuse.
"Please don't make me go shopping!" I exclaimed loud enough for the whole town to hear.
Air looked at me like I grew 2 new heads.
Natalie blushed. Everyone in the whole town seemed to be starring at us.
Then I felt a little hot in the face too.
Can't anyone in this town say, " no" to shopping? I thought. Or say, " no" to anything at all?
If not, I knew that I wouldn't fit in well with the mer-people.
A mermaid swam up to us. She had purple hair with silver highlights and a glittery purple tail. She looked like she was 15 or so.
"Hi Natalie. Why don't you come over into my house and introduce me to your mer-friends?" the mermaid said.
Natalie mouthed, "Thank you."
I followed the mermaids, with Air behind me. We swam to a little seashell house and went inside.
The purple mermaid closed the door behind us.
"Thank you so much, Melanie! I thought I would explode from all of my embarrassment!" Natalie said.
"Oh, no problem! I would have been really embarrassed too, if I were you!" said the purple mermaid.
My face was probably as red as a tomato. Some of the red from embarrassment, some from rage.
How dare they talk like I am a total embarrassment! And I'm right here, people!
Air 'coughed'. "Want to introduce us, Natalie?"
Air was way nicer than I was. Instead of saying that I would have said, "Well, since you two love to talk to each other so much, I'm outta here!"
"Oh, sorry!" Natalie said, like she just remembered that we were here. "This is Melanie Aquatic. Melanie, this is Ariana and Aurora. They're shells."
Melanie whispered something to Natalie.
"Oh, sorry! This one is Ariana, this one is Aurora." laughed Natalie, as she pointed to each one of us as she said our names.
"Hi, mermaids! So nice to meet you!" Melanie greeted us.
Even though she saved me from embarrassment, I knew that I did not like her already...

I laughed at Natalie's hilarious mer-joke.
"Wasn't that funny, Roar?" I asked my twin sister.
Silence.
I just thought that either she didn't hear me or she was just being a grump. It didn't even cross my mind that she was not even there. Until...
"Where's Aurora?" Natalie asked me.
"What?" I looked behind me and just saw fish. She's gone? How-what-where? I thought as I started to panic. What if another evil mer-person kidnapped her? What if she-?
My thoughts and theories got cut off by a shout. "NATALIE? AIR? WHERE ARE YOU?"
"ROAR!" I screamed, as I started to swim off in the direction that her voice was coming from.
"We're-"
"I see you now." I heard her say as I saw her through the crystal clear water.
"How did you get lost? How long have you been gone? I didn't even notice you were gone until Natalie said something." I said.
"Gee, thanks for your concern. So glad you noticed I wasn't talking for the last mile." Roar said flatly.
"Sorry." I apologized.
Roar rolled her eyes.
"Yay! We're almost there! Just another mile!" Natalie squealed.
"What?!" Roar and I said at the same time.
"You're kidding, right?" Roar asked.
"You don't seriously want me to swim another mile, right?" I asked.
Natalie looked confused. "Why would I kid you? Come on, it's just another mile. Easy, peasy!" she encouraged.
Roar and I exchanged dying looks. Then, we swam on...

Aurora King
Air was speechless for a moment. Then, she winced. "Cramp."
"Is it in your legs?" I asked her.
She nodded and struggled to keep treading water.
"Ooh, that means-"
Air looked down into the water. "Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! Where are my legs?!" she shrieked in horror.
I smiled.
She lifted out of the water a tail, just like mine. Except, Air's was hot pink, not lime green. Yuck!
Her expression went from horror to delight.
"Ooh! My fave color!" she squealed.
"That's right," Natalie spoke up. "Everyone's tail is always there favorite color. If your favorite color changes, then so does your tail."
"Cool." I said. I looked at Natalie's tail. "So your favorite color is aqua?" I asked.
Natalie nodded and smiled. "So now do you want to go swimming?"
"Can we breathe underwater?" Air asked.
"Yep." Natalie answered.
"Then yes! Now what's this place you wanna show us? Crystal Falls?"
"Crystal Waters." corrected Natalie. "My home."
Home...that's where we should be. Will we ever go back? I thought.
I didn't tell Air that I was homesick. It was bad enough that she now knew that I couldn't swim. I just knew that she was going to tell all of her friends. I would be the bully magnet next year in 7th grade.
"What are we waiting for? Let's go!" Air exclaimed.
Natalie River dived into the water. We dived too.
At first, I held my breath thinking I was still "normal". When I couldn't hold my breath anymore, I let it out. I thought I was going to drown. Then I realized I was breathing normally, like I would on land. Then I had time to focus on the scenery.
Next to me swam dozens of different fish I didn't know the names of. But one in particular caught my eye-the flyingfish. I had learned about it in school. It had been the first time I saw a real, live one.
Wow, it actually looks like it's flying, I thought.
I didn't know swimming in the open was so much fun! I wondered if I could talk underwater. I wanted to tell Air about the flyingfish. I opened my mouth and looked up. I looked all around me. Then, I willed myself to except the truth: I was lost.

Time Flies
It's May already! I can't believe it! Can you believe it? It seems like just yesterday it was Christmas...and that was 5 months ago!
So, Chickadee wants me to keep my second book, "Babysitter: Chelsea Trust" but what do you think? (Chickadee, please do not make 5 more comments on what you think. LOL!) I think it would be a little hard to adjust to posting it again, because it's been like 5 months since I have stopped. Please people, COMMENT!
What do you think about "Twice the Fun" so far? Is it good? Does it lack something? Is it just perfect? Or do you think I've been spicing it up a little too bit? What do you think?
Do you remember a little far back in a older post-"Doing a Favor"-where I said that my goal was to have 15 followers by June? Well, I haven't gotten 1 follower since! I need 8 more followers in 1 month! Right now, I've only gotten 7 followers in 1 year. I don't really think that I will get 8 followers in 1 month. :*( It was a nice dream though, while it lasted...But can you still help? It would really make my day! I have checked everyday I went on the internet since I got my last follower and it has stayed at 7. Some people say 7 is a lucky number. I don't know... Is it?

So, Chickadee wants me to keep my second book, "Babysitter: Chelsea Trust" but what do you think? (Chickadee, please do not make 5 more comments on what you think. LOL!) I think it would be a little hard to adjust to posting it again, because it's been like 5 months since I have stopped. Please people, COMMENT!
