Blogger Recognition Award!

   Hi girlies! I got nominated by Lydia for another award, so yay! Thanks Lydia!


On with the rules:




*Give a brief story of how your blog got started, and give a piece or two of advice to new bloggers. Thank whoever nominated you, and link to their blog. List who you've nominated in the post.

*Provide a link to the original post on Edge of Night. That way, anyone can find the original guidelines and post if needed, and we can keep it from mutating and becoming confusing! (It happens LOL.)

  How it all started...

 So I go to church one day and my friend Chickadee walks into Sunday School and announces that she made an email address and a blog. So I asked for both of those addresses and she gave it to me. Later sometime I read her blog and thought, I wonder how you make a blog? And so it all began...

 A month later I was really bored, so I typed in Google, "How do I create a free website?" and BlogSpot came up! So I clicked on it and presto! I had a blog. So here I am, 1 and a 1/2 years later, with 4 different blogs!

My advice to new bloggers...

1.) Don't use blinding bright colors for your texts and try not to go for the cursive text. Some people don't know how to read cursive, so then they wouldn't be able to read what you've got to say. :(

2.) If you want to have lots of followers(I know you do), go to other blogs and comment on their posts that your new to the blogging world and put your URL at the bottom of the comment. I know that they will at least look at your blog, and maybe put a little comment on your blog! Everybody always loves comments!

3.) Post nice posts about entertaining things, and don't always just post those "Sorry!" posts. Honestly, nobody wants to read those. People always love picture stories, giveaways, and contest, so maybe try to do one of those! Or post about your faith in Jesus. Pass it on to other people!
